Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at a luxury hotel chain in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Assist with after-sales support and resolve customer complaints
  • Utilize GDS tools to manage reservations and tickets

Requirements:

  • Native-level German and professional-level English (C1-C2)
  • Previous experience with GDS tools (ideally)
  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
