Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation for Change Advisory Boards to assess changes' impact, implementation, test, and rollback plans.
- Help to prevent Incidents Caused by Change.
- Document Changes' Post Implementation Review.
- Ensure resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities.
- Reporting and regularly review Change Management performance and quality.
- Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning Change Management.
- Work with Process owners for Problem and Incident management to identify improvements to the processes and develop metrics to support them.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field - IEFP Level VI.
- Basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
- Great communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Critical-thinking and organizational skills.
- Ownership and initiative.

- Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
