About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to boost player engagement, retention, and loyalty on our platform.
  • Utilise CRM tools effectively to track player activity and engagement, providing regular reports and insights to the team and key stakeholders.
  • Segment player data and analyse behavior to identify target audiences, developing and executing tailored CRM campaigns to drive engagement and reactivation.
  • Automate CRM campaigns for different player segments, ensuring timely and high-quality campaign execution to maximise impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives, monitoring and optimising CRM performance through regular audits and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as Fast Track.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM strategies and lifecycle campaigns in a tech-driven environment, preferably within gaming, poker, or crypto spaces.
  • Campaign development and management skills, with a strong track record in planning, developing, executing, and measuring CRM campaigns that deliver growth and player engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem is a bonus.
