Sales Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for presenting Pipedrive as a leading solution for CRM needs to our trial prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by consistently delivering results-driven conversations with in-trial customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of business concepts, structures, and processes to effectively address customer needs.
- Conduct consultative conversations with in-trial customers to identify their businesses and needs.
- Perform demonstrations to showcase the value of Pipedrive's solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and offer appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer and results-oriented
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Competent negotiation skills and high empathy
