We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for presenting Pipedrive as a leading solution for CRM needs to our trial prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales quotas by consistently delivering results-driven conversations with in-trial customers.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of business concepts, structures, and processes to effectively address customer needs.
  3. Conduct consultative conversations with in-trial customers to identify their businesses and needs.
  4. Perform demonstrations to showcase the value of Pipedrive's solutions.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and offer appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Customer and results-oriented
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Competent negotiation skills and high empathy
