We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our paid marketing team in the demand generation department. As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our affiliate and influencer partnerships.

Your New Adventure:
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage affiliate and influencer partnership relations.
- Explore and evaluate new partnerships to expand our partnership channel footprint.
- Grow our partnership network through cold outreach, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, drafting contracts, and onboarding new influencers.
- Execute promotional campaigns focused on driving partner activation.
- Apply an analytical and data-driven mindset to ensure downstream success of partnerships.
- IDentify opportunities for growing or accelerating performance using internal data.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or channel partner roles, preferably with B2B affiliates and influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information into a coherent narrative.
- A collaborative team-oriented attitude with positive energy.
- Comfortable working with a remote team.
- A deep interest in digital marketing and performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
