At Job Squad, we're dedicated to providing top-notch customer support to our clients. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.

The Role

You'll be handling inbound calls and emails, resolving issues related to ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions. To excel in this position, you'll need to be proficient in Swedish and English (B2 level), have excellent problem-solving skills, and be service-oriented, professional, and thorough.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Resolve issues related to ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
  • Use tools, processes, and methods from your initial training to solve issues.
  • Ensure great levels of client service are delivered.
