German Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Porto, Portugal to find a highly skilled German speaking Customer Service Advisor.
The position is for a permanent contract with a competitive base salary and bonuses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Supporting merchants with product and service inquiries
- Ongoing process optimization to increase customer satisfaction
- Collaboration with other departments such as Sales and Marketing
To succeed in this role you will require:
- Native/fluent German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior contact centre or customer service experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a customer-friendly attitude
- Basic knowledge of technology applications
We offer a dynamic and creative team environment with a positive atmosphere, training opportunities, and guidance to help you reach your full potential. Working hours are Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 17:00 with the possibility of extending late shifts until 21:00 as per client agreement.
Our estimated salary range for this position in Porto, Portugal is approximately €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
