Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting with clients across phone, chat, email, and social media platforms to resolve account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your contributions will drive customer satisfaction and shape process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support through phone, live chat, email, and social media
  • Assist with account setup, verification, login issues, financial queries, and technical challenges
  • Act as a reliable advisor, especially to clients in the sports industry
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
  • Ensure high service standards aligned with company policies

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
