Global Customer Support Specialist with French Language Expertise

About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work as a first point of contact for viewers and be a critical brand ambassador. We seek an enthusiastic individual who can address our clients' customers' needs, providing excellent service through phone, chat, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist viewers regarding different queries, providing account and application support, particularly with software functionality.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
- Offer accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, along with actions taken.
C2 level in French and intermediate English proficiency are required for this position.
