About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a first point of contact for viewers and be a critical brand ambassador. We seek an enthusiastic individual who can address our clients' customers' needs, providing excellent service through phone, chat, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist viewers regarding different queries, providing account and application support, particularly with software functionality.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
  • Offer accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, along with actions taken.
Requirements:

C2 level in French and intermediate English proficiency are required for this position.
