As a Translation Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of translation orders, ensuring that customer requirements are met and Acolad standards are upheld. You will be part of our Production Team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results for a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up customer projects, quotes, and scheduling, collaborating with Account Management for complex quotes and those requiring validation
* Execute projects, ensuring compliance to deadlines, standards/methodology, budget, and margin optimization, quality standards, status reporting, and month-end financials
* Manage customer feedback, entry of CAPAs, and completion of investigations
* Collaborate with Resource Managers, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management
* Work with Account Management to define new processes and strategize on process and tool optimization for customers
* Participate in pre-sales activities as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Translation or equivalent
* 3-5 years of practical experience in project management, especially in coordinating language service projects
* Customer relationship management at mid- and upper management levels, including difficult situations, conflicts, and complaints
* Organizational and communication skills
* Fluency in French and English
* Knowledge of commonly used CAT tools
* Ability to work in virtual teams, influence decisions, and constructively support other parts of the company
