We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KCS IT. Based in Portugal, this is a full-time remote position requiring a minimum of 3 years' experience in IS/IT support and expertise in Oracle Primavera ERP.

**Job Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients using Oracle Primavera solutions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to effectively resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Primavera applications to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and implement scripts (in Javascript, Powershell, or Python) to automate tasks and enhance user experience.
  • Utilize SQL to extract information from databases and update records as necessary.
  • Analyze system logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.


**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in IS/IT support, with a focus on Oracle Primavera ERP.
  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with SQL and its applications in database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
