Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Maia, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the productization and support of our Cloud and Access Gateways that deliver Internet, Video, and Voice to our clients worldwide.



About the Role

You will assist our sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also support customers in the initial setup and configuration of their network solutions, guaranteeing smooth deployment and integration.



Responsibilities


  • Assist sales team with the setup of demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Support customers in the initial setup and configuration of their network solutions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Support queries on product-specific issues on installation & ongoing
  • Bug catching & testing new features for the developers
  • Update training materials & documentation for colleagues
  • Collect and report issues to Product Manager
  • Daily communication and relationship with customers to engage and guide them
  • Handle product support calls and email inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met


Requirements


  • Must Have: Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent working experience; Cisco and/or other Networks vendors certifications; Knowledge of multi-service network architectures to support IPTV, VoIP, Wi-Fi; Ability to install and configure networking equipment; Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and QoS
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network related issues; Experience with network security and firewall configurations; Knowledge of the Linux command line; Experience with Scripting Languages (e.g. bash); Fluent in English (spoken and written); Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations
  • Nice to Have: Experience with customer service; Previous experience in similar positions; Other languages
