Role Overview:
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support services to banking clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and their specification/integration aspects.
- Analyze themes related to payment systems based on functional and technical product documentation.
- Resolve incidents and respond to clarification requests associated with provided services.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests within agreed service levels.
- Communicate with Business and Development teams.
- Analyze, document, and improve internal processes and tools.
- Assist clients in testing products and services.
- Contact and follow up on assigned requests.
- Record requested inquiries in the database.
- Validate integrations through flow analysis and REST API.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Good capacity for learning, organisation, autonomy, dynamism, and initiative.
- Stress resilience.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, PHP, JavaScript, .Net).
- Ability to interpret data.
- Experience with web services and REST API.
- Knowledge of HTTPS communication protocols.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce).
Compensation:
We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation reflects the level of expertise and responsibilities involved in this role.
