Senior Marketing Professional for DACH Region

Currently, we have an opening for a Field Marketing Manager to cover a team member's maternity leave and join our Lisbon-based team. As a key member of our international marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts in the DACH region, developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and boost sales efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams in Germany and Switzerland as well as other key stakeholders. Your primary objectives include:
- Developing and executing an integrated marketing plan for the DACH region aligned with core business drivers and regional sales objectives;
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing strategies;
- Leveraging various marketing channels, including events, social media, PR, partnerships, and other tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth;
- Managing the regional marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI;
- Measuring and analyzing the impact of regional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to key stakeholders;
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
- Native German fluency and excellent English communication skills;
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing strategies;
- Familiarity with various marketing channels and techniques, such as events, paid advertising, emailing, inbound and content, SEO, social media, partnerships, etc.;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously;
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce are a plus);
