Federal Express Corporation Eu is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead the development and execution of our loyalty and rewards programs across multiple European markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in loyalty and rewards program management, marketing, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and value-driven experiences for customers while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of loyalty programs across multiple European markets, ensuring alignment with local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform program improvements and optimize ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, data privacy, and consumer protection laws.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and tracking of program performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in loyalty and rewards program management, preferably in a multi-market and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of EU regulatory requirements and experience ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive program improvements.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, with preference for candidates with experience in digital marketing.
