Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist

Join Stratio Automotive as a Predictive Maintenance Adoption Specialist and play a key role in helping clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day-to-day operations. As a specialist in this field, you will work closely with clients to understand their organizations and provide tailored solutions to maximize the value of Stratio's predictive maintenance technology.
About the Role:
- Act as a partner and consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them in adopting predictive maintenance.
- Manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing optimization.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each client organization and business, including their contracts, stakeholders, and fleet operations.
- Onboard and ramp up clients, driving adoption of Stratio's predictive maintenance solutions.
- Own account success, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from Stratio's technology.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or delivery.
- Experience in consulting, particularly in implementation, transformation, or change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create rapport with clients.
- Autonomy and ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail.

Location: Remote in Portugal, onsite in Coimbra, or hybrid. We expect you to be available to meet us at our Coimbra office when necessary.
Recruitment Process:

- Work simulation exercise with Hiring Manager and job role stakeholders.
- Cultural fit interview with HR Manager and one of our Founders.
