Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing multi-channel campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to support Kinsta's Marketing and Sales pipeline. By collaborating with our SEO & SEM, Editorial, RevOps, and Sales teams, you will develop and execute campaign strategies that drive business results.
Your Responsibilities
- In coordination with Marketing and RevOps teams, plan and execute multi-channel campaign strategies (PPC, display, social media, etc.) to drive consistent lead flow.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation performance, incorporating third-party lead generation partners and leveraging Kinsta's digital and physical assets.
- Manage the implementation of lead capture triggers and materials, such as advertisement graphics, ebooks, white papers, etc.
- Continuously measure and report on the performance of lead generation strategies and acquisition channels, providing regular updates on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Closely collaborate with Sales and RevOps to gain a deep understanding of target lead profiles, adjusting lead generation strategies to focus on these profiles while ensuring alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Deliver quality leads to our Sales team for further development and conversion.
What You Bring to the Table
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Demand Generation role, with extensive experience in generating leads from paid channels (PPC, display ads, and paid social media), orchestrating campaigns for lead gen, and managing large budgets effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns that had a measurable impact on lead volume and business growth.
- Experience in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution.
- Near-native proficiency in English.

- Have direct experience working in the hosting space.
- Have strong copywriting skills.
