Company Overview: Iqvia is a leading provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.

We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our team in a fixed-term contract. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects with several teams in digital campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DV 360, Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Account, etc.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.

Job Description:

You will work closely with the commercial and local teams to ensure technical feasibility assessment and operational implementation, guaranteeing best practices to attain channel engagement and business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staffing related processes;
  • Technical feasibility assessment and developing solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools;
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization;
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients;
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them;
  • Follow best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation;
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation with the new developments;
  • Perform quality assurance testing to validate functional and rendering performance;
  • Provide support to the global and local team by troubleshooting systems, tools, processes, and data.

Role Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Project management and organizational skills;
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams in a multi-country environment;
  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred);
  • Demonstrate analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, working with large and multiple data sets to process data in the required format for analysis;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills;
  • Great autonomy and pro-active can-do attitude.
