We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth and profit by building strategic partnerships with key accounts.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will plan and execute sales strategies tailored for the selected accounts and aligned with the local business strategy. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to align company resources with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve sales targets and objectives;
- Engage in negotiations that aim to build strong and long-term oriented relationships with channel accounts;
- Partner relationship management to deliver a deep understanding of the client's needs;
- Cross-collaboration within internal business divisions;
- Forecasting, performance tracking & reporting;
Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in key account management;
- Experience with Sonae/Worten accounts is preferred;
- Success in sales target and client relationship development;
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving;
- Adaptability & Resilience;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Project Management & Organizational Skills;
- Excellent communication skills and confident presenting (fluent English);
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach and commercial awareness;
- Analytical & Data Driven;
- Proven experience in team leadership.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
