Company Overview: W Hotels is a leading luxury hotel brand known for its bold, vibrant atmosphere and exceptional customer service. As a Senior Corporate Sales Director at W Algarve, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Salary: We offer a highly competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: The Senior Corporate Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and creating customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and achievement of sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to pursue these opportunities
  • Create customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients, including tailored packages and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the corporate sales market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
