What You'll Do:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Global Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues
  • Be the first point of contact for accommodation partners, resolving basic questions and queries
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes
  • Ensure a high level of partner service and positive partner experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience (required)
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
