German Customer Support Specialist in Porto

Job Summary
As a German Customer Support Specialist in Porto, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on our platform to ensure it complies with community guidelines and policies. You will evaluate and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material, flag and report content that violates legal requirements or company standards, and ensure user interactions and content align with platform regulations. Your goal will be to promote a safe online environment and handle content review requests promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will also collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment. Additionally, you will provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies.
Requirements
• Native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage but not required
• Ability to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
