Job Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Nestlé consumers through various communication channels. As a Veterinary Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about Nestlé's product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced written and spoken English language skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
