Nespresso Customer Liaison

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a Coffee Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Nespresso customers via phone, email, and chat
- Welcome customers and identify their needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
- Advise customers on Nespresso products and services, including coffee machines and accessories
- Conduct initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers to technical assistance
- Maximize sales of Nespresso products, including coffee, machines, and accessories
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Portuguese, with English proficiency an asset
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Multitasking abilities and a positive mindset
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Development of expertise in Nestlé's Shared Services Business
- Immersive experience in a culturally diverse team
