Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Experience Expert to join our team at FedEx. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of FedEx. As a Global Customer Experience Expert, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing solutions to their needs, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate customers' specific needs and implement follow-up methods to ensure excellent relationships.
- Provide accurate information and guidance through friendly and professional multi-channel communication.
- Develop solutions to customer service issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Input accurate and timely information into systems and deliver standard reports to Key Customers and Customer Experience management.
- Identify and optimize new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and outstanding customer experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Highly motivated and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and contact skills.
- Good PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems.
- Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a pressurized team environment.
- Experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling / sales responsibilities would be advantageous.
