Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist - Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
">- ">
- A track record of technical support or a similar customer-facing role within the technology sector">
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging, and solve complex problems">
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills">
- Experience with Big Data technologies: Spark, Databricks, and coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala">
- Knowledge in SQL database integration and basic network troubleshooting skills">
Preferred Qualifications:
">Any experience with Azure is preferred, as well as fluency in Spanish or other languages. Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
