Technical Support Specialist for Multinational Tech Firm

At David Kennedy Recruitment, we are partnering with a leading multinational technology business to find a highly skilled Customer Support Agent who is fluent in Russian and Polish. This exciting opportunity is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic and creative team.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, allowing them to simplify technical language for non-technical users. They should possess a native or fluent command of Russian (C1 level) and proficiency in Polish (at least B2 level). Previous experience in similar roles is mandatory, and preferably, they should have chat experience or good typing speed and the ability to use multiple tools in a contact center environment.
In this role, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing professional support. They will handle customer complaints, identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions. Additionally, they will collaborate with other specialists to solve or close help tickets and document each action taken.
We offer an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. The salary range for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits include a fixed schedule of 5 days a week, life insurance, meal allowance, private health insurance, and a yearly performance bonus.
