Senior Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at FedEx. This is a unique opportunity to make every FedEx experience outstanding for our customers and fellow team members.
About the Role
This role will play a critical part in supporting the FedEx Customer Experience strategy by providing exceptional pro-active customer care and service to Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, providing accurate information and guidance via friendly and professional multi-channel communication, and identifying optimal long-term solutions to any customer service issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Building: Pro-actively investigate customers' specific needs and follow-up methods to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Communication: Provide accurate information and guidance via friendly and professional multi-channel communication.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any customer service issues and enhance customer experience by providing optimal long-term solutions.
- System Input and Reporting: Input accurate and timely information into systems and use appropriate tools to deliver standard reports to Key Customers and Customer Experience management.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and optimise any new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experience.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware individual with excellent communication and contact skills. The ideal candidate should have good PC skills to work within our bespoke systems and demonstrate initiative, organisation, and adaptability while working in a pressurised team environment.

Estimated Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
