Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing management support through various tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient office operations. This includes supporting the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing HR and accounting administrative tasks, as well as ensuring administrative assistant duties are completed, including supplier management, travel and expenses management, meetings and corporate events planning, and office supplies management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a good knowledge of sales, HR, accounting, and office management systems and procedures. They must also have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A degree in Secretarial, Management, or a related field from a leading university, or equivalent experience, is considered a plus.

Work Experience
