Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Liaison Specialist to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Capture and analyze client requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify client participation requirements to ensure accurate data management.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure timely completion of contractual relationships.
  • Manage daily account maintenance and update client records to minimize operational risks.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to travel frequently for meetings and training sessions.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €45,000 and €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
