Client Experience Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Liaison Specialist to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for our clients.
Responsibilities- Capture and analyze client requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Verify client participation requirements to ensure accurate data management.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure timely completion of contractual relationships.
- Manage daily account maintenance and update client records to minimize operational risks.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or finance.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to travel frequently for meetings and training sessions.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between €45,000 and €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
