Tele Sales Representative for a Multinational Organisation

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. As part of this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web contact
- Calling and qualifying new potential clients and leads
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Up-selling and cross-selling products and services
- Building and enriching the sales database
- Ensuring close communication with the team to share information and provide ad-hoc support
Requirements:
- A native level of German and a good level of English
- Previous sales experience (desired)
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people
- Energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
- Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
What We Offer:
- Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewable
- Working hours: full-time on rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM)
- Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1000 gross/month (based on level of experience)
- Excluding accommodation: €1300-€1400 gross/month (based on level of experience)
- Bonus based on leads
- Reimbursement of initial flight
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU)
- Private health insurance
