Your Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum satisfaction and success of your customers. This includes identifying and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collecting feedback on the product, and occasionally supporting sales teams with technical demos.

What We Expect

  • Native fluency in Portuguese;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Fluency in French (nice to have);
  • Academic background in Engineering: Mechanical, Civil, or Electric;
  • Passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges;
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers;
  • A hard work ethic and self-starter mentality;
  • Availability to travel occasionally abroad;
  • Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not required;
  • Experience with software implementation is highly valued.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, flexible working hours, and a remote-friendly culture. Our office is located in the heart of Porto, and we offer regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
