About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Zendesk, you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and outcomes. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to identify business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Deliver comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations to customers
  • Facilitate 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to support customer growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services, to drive customer success
  • Leverage data and insights to inform customer engagement and drive business outcomes

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
