At Linde, we are seeking a skilled Credit to Cash Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for handling collections within a portfolio of customers, building relationships, and analyzing credit worthiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively handle collections within a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely payments and resolving complex queries.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive good payment behavior and credit worthiness.
  • Analyze and decide on the level of credit worthiness of customers based on internal and external information.
  • Resolve complex customer queries and own the query to a conclusion.
  • Advise on reconciliation and under/over payments, as well as handle insolvencies.
  • Own more complex credit management issues when required from the Front Office teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum secondary school (High School) education.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Native level of French and English level B1.
  • SAP basic knowledge.
  • Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas (vlookups, conditionals etc)).
  • Ability to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
