About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company by acquiring key clients, building strategic partnerships, and executing long-term business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new users among liquid funds, individual whales, DAOs, and other top token holders.
• Nurture customer relationships to identify new opportunities and grow business with them.
• Establish new partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development goals.
• Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Deep knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem, with familiarity with various blockchains, DeFi platforms, and basic blockchain analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role within the industry.
• Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including key stakeholders and influencers.
• Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
