We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist with advanced spoken and written Hebrew skills to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients via multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries, responding to all communications in a professional manner, and communicating effectively in Hebrew on a daily basis.
Requirements- Advanced spoken and written Hebrew skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
- Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
- Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to generate empathy in written form
- Good communication skills
- Customer orientation and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage time and meet goals
- An attractive salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per year
