German Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are collaborating with a leading multinational technology business that is looking to recruit a German-speaking customer support specialist for their office in Lisbon.
Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting customers who own premium memberships of a streaming platform. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients via various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling complaints professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat)
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional support services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Identify and troubleshoot issues to find suitable solutions
- Collaborate with other specialists to resolve complex issues or close help tickets successfully
- Document actions taken and categorize cases for the engineering team's attention
- Perform administrative tasks related to job duties
To be successful in this role, you must possess native or fluent German language skills, both spoken and written. English proficiency at least at B2 level is also required.
- Native/fluent in German, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical information for non-technical users
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, stress resilience, and adaptability
- Meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision
- Show ability to work individually while being a team player
The remuneration package includes an attractive salary based on experience, skills, and performance, along with additional benefits such as meal allowance, transportation allowance, private health insurance, yearly performance bonus, relocation assistance, and a dynamic, creative working environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus allowances and bonuses.
