We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a crucial role in aligning and optimizing our commercial teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficiency of revenue processes, improve data accuracy, provide insights, and audit commission data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer success performance using raw data (Excel) and information from CRM (HubSpot and eventually Salesforce).
- Provide data to support revenue growth strategies and forecasts.
- E nsure pipelines are clean and organized.
- Analyze and streamline existing revenue processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- Support implementation of best practices and tools to support growth initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and execution.
- F acilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Easy to work with.
- Sense of urgency.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- Comfortable with Excel (formulas and analytics).
- Curious about leveraging technology to improve business processes.
- You can effectively identify, solve, and escalate problems or involve others when unable to resolve issues alone.
- Detailed-oriented and can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Natural disposition towards helping others, and project a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
- Self-motivated and can work with little supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- First experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn.
