Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will work with our customers on a variety of technical support issues, collaborating with the Technical Operations team to resolve issues and learn the inner workings of Cloudflare's technology. You will focus on providing support on our CDN and Developer Platform products, including CDN, Stream, Workers, and Pages.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on CDN and Developer Platform products
- Collaborate with the Technical Operations team to resolve issues
- Learn and understand Cloudflare's technology and internet technologies
