Customer Service Specialist for Payment Solutions

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer experience team, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your empathy, resourcefulness, and dedication will help solve issues and support small businesses in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively listen to customers' questions and concerns, providing accurate and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Offer clear and concise information about our products and services.
• Escalate and reroute complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €1,247.96 gross/month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance. Additionally, we provide private health insurance, meal card, holiday bonuses, and other benefits.
Working Conditions:
Our working hours are 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, with a 1-hour lunch break. You will have 2 days off per week, coordinated with your shift manager and scheduled 4 weeks in advance. We work remotely within continental Portugal and offer relocation assistance, including airport pick-up, registration assistance, and reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
