We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our telecommunication project, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
- Native German speaker with advanced business English skills
