Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their shopping cart and orders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
