About the Role

Savoy Signature, a dynamic hotel collection, seeks an accomplished Customer Experience Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee the strategy and execution of customer experience goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Board of Directors in supervising and overseeing the development of customer experience strategies and projects;
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent positive customer interactions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing the identity of each hotel;
  • Monitor customer metrics and report on performance.
Requirements

To succeed, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, customer service, or related management roles;
  • Proven leadership and project management skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of CX techniques and tools;
  • Familiarity with CRM software;
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Results orientation and customer satisfaction focus;
  • Creativity and innovation in developing customer experience strategies.
