As a Senior IT Specialist in Collaboration Platforms, you will play a key role in maintaining narrow relationships of cooperation with other entities and teams of the Infrastructure department.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational maintenance and administration of the platform of the OCM team (SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint online, RightFax, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate)
  • Maintaining related monitoring components (Zabbix)
  • Performing technical design of new infrastructure or technical products
  • In conjunction with the Architects, contributing to the realization of POCs and prototypes
  • Ensuring the resolution of Level 2 and 3 user incidents on all O365 and OnPrem SharePoint
  • Providing level 3 expertise on complex operational incidents and performing diagnostics to identify causes and propose corrections and workarounds

This role requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications, including Sharegate, MS Graph, and SharePoint API. You should also have a solid understanding of Collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform) and PowerShell or other scripting languages. Good knowledge of Zabbix or other monitoring tools, as well as networking concepts (firewall, load balancers), is also essential.

Additionally, you should have a good level of English (B2 - mandatory) and a good level of French (A2 - big plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Autonomous while capable of working within a team, fast, and adaptable learner, client-focused, with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, and relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 5-8 years).
