About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring customer success across various customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to meet business objectives and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Provide expert-level guidance on Zendesk product capabilities to customers, driving adoption and growth
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify business objectives and map solutions
- Design and deliver tailored engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
