About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring customer success across various customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Zendesk product capabilities to customers, driving adoption and growth
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify business objectives and map solutions
  • Design and deliver tailored engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and growth

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
