Overview

In a vibrant, modern workspace in Barcelona, we're seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Key Account Business Development Representative. This role presents a unique opportunity to grow your skills and drive business growth with our client base across Europe.

About the Role

This full-time office position at our Barcelona office requires you to build and nurture strong relationships with independent retailers, advising them on product ranges to maximize sales opportunities. You'll make weekly calls, conduct stock checks, and ensure timely reorders of sold items.

You'll also identify opportunities to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €32,000, plus generous benefits including 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme. Additionally, you'll receive relocation support and enjoy perks such as 25% to 50% discount on our products.

Requirements

This role requires you to speak Italian and English plus one additional language to a fluent business level: Dutch, German, French, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian or Czech. A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is also required, along with a current driver's licence.
