Job Description

The Senior Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for managing a team of managers and aspiring managers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the VP of Customer Solutions and contribute to achieving OKRs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Managers and Aspiring Managers in all locations
  • Providing ongoing feedback to help team members grow and develop in their careers
  • Monitoring overall KPIs and OKRs, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
  • Taking ownership of operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and executing plans to optimize resources
  • Supporting communication of mission, vision, and values to internal stakeholders
  • Creating an environment where customer satisfaction and employee happiness are top priorities
  • Responsible for workforce management activities, such as forecasting volume, allocating resources, and backlog management
  • Identifying staffing needs and collaborating with the recruitment team to fill open positions
  • Point of contact for critical bugs or outages that require communication with customers
