At Red Bull Gruppe, we're looking for a highly skilled Distribution Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Distribution Management Team, you will be responsible for representing and managing the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesales and C&C), driving growth, implementing Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with our company strategy.

Job Description:

  • Assign sales, distribution, execution targets to DPs based on business targets and relevant teams, regularly following up on these targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with DP Field teams, coaching them to unlock distribution and execution opportunities through regular trade visits.
  • Analyze market opportunities, take action as needed, and implement systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals.
  • Act as a credible beverage business consultant to DPs and customers, presenting category and Red Bull potential.
  • Hold DPs accountable for data submission into RB systems for accurate and timely information.
  • Consistently analyze market data to find gaps or opportunities in Wholesale distribution by region, ensuring Sell Out data from Wholesalers is obtained to improve forecasting and quantify actions.
  • Guarantee regular follow-up and visits with Wholesale Sales Representatives, preparing effective team meetings with Sales data, insights, and actions to execute agreed targets.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in FMCG business in sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
  • A clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial).
  • English and Portuguese proficiency.

Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Travel Expectation: 30-40% travel time.
