We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Airbus in our Global Business Services (GBS) department. As an EHS Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support to customers and the FISH platform for several Airbus subsidiaries and regions worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the technical development of the EHS FISH module, including Incident Management, Risk Management, Reporting, and Occupational Health;
- Performing reliable and specific Root Cause Analysis;
- Navigating complex and challenging industrial environments;
- Focusing on priority tasks and escalating when necessary;
- Managing technical meetings with the IT Support team and the editor of the tool;
- Proposing improvements and changes to daily activities to maintain a high level of quality in the service of FISH Support Product;
- Managing and supporting junior profiles within the team.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of English;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS domain regulations and compliance;
- Strong customer orientation mindset;
- Project Management Skills;
- Strong team player with the ability to support and accompany change;
- Capacity to improve and understand the big picture and end vision;
- Spanish, German, or French languages would be an asset.
