About the Role:
As a Sales Graduate, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling, social media outreach, and email marketing to senior finance leaders. Your primary objective will be to qualify potential deals before passing them on to experienced Account Executives. This role offers an exceptional chance for rapid career advancement in sales, ideal for ambitious individuals who relish the prospect of taking initiative and driving results.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
• Fluency in German and English
• Prior sales experience in a B2B setting
• A motivated and ambitious mindset with a desire to excel rapidly in a sales career
• Proactive attitude, ability to take initiative, and achieve outstanding results
• Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
• Thrives on meeting sales targets and consistently looks for ways to exceed expectations

What We Offer:
An attractive basic salary of EUR 36,000-40,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission opportunities (€45-60K OTE).
